I am a travel nurse at the children’s hospital here in Memphis and booked the room for 3 nights. I work night shift and was traveling in the afternoon of my first shift and was involved in a car accident. I called and emailed the hotel to let them know I wouldn’t be arriving the first night of my reservation. The lady was very rude in the phone and told me to call Expedia. I did and Expedia called them back and she did Expedia the same way. The next day I contacted Expedia again about the next two nights I had paid for and they spoke to the manager and he told them I was a no show and they would not be honoring the rooms for the nights I had paid for. So, they took my money and refused to let me have a room. Too bad. I travel in every week and stay 3 nights. They lost my business forever.
