"Nonoers plowed on the outside patio even though you have a pet walk area"

"TV did not work No breakfast. Pool was filled with discarded furniture. Very run down and old. Garbage cans overflowing on property and smoke detector ripped off wall"

"The website states that they have cribs available and they don’t have them. We also had 2 rooms and one of the rooms smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled like urine. The other room was clean."

"The body wash and lotion dispensers were empty. We used shampoo. A soft bed, I can't sat that, but it was ok the 2nd night..if you like a firm bed, you will love it. The hotel overall was great! Clean, Quiet, Friendly...good stuff! Breakfast was typical stuff but nicely arranged. The food area was kept spotless. The food was on time every morning and it was hot every morning we ate there. 👍👍👍"

"Very clean, thought we got a free breakfast but you don't, they had a bistro that sold food, kinda pricey and really nothing for preteens to eat, but we got the fancy Pizza and wings, which tasted good just kinda costly. Pool was small but clean, the were strict about kids swimming with no adult but it was 5 ft deep and the kids were 10 and 12, and grew up with a pool so they were kinda again, strict,.but other then that help was friendly."

"The shampoo bottle was half full, package of silverware was opened, the plate behind the faucet in bathroom was off, we had 3 people in the room not enough towels had only enough for 1 person, they need to defrost the refrigerator because of real thick ice buildup, did not give us the room that I reserved but still charged me the same price, no strip on toilet to let us know if it was clean or not, toiletries were not enough for 3 people really not even enough for 1 person, stains on the pillows...

"Todo estuvo fatal , desde que entras en olor a alfombra sucias es evidente . Las habitaciones tiene hongo y las sábanas se ven desgastadas y manchadas.Los muebles del lobby se veían de la misma manera . Fuimos en un viaje familiar con niños y personas asmáticas. Nos tuvimo que ir al otro día de nuestra reserva por que habíamos llegado muy tarde para irnos el mismo día. En la página decía que tenia cuna para bebés, si embargo llegamos y no había nada y preguntamos y nos indicaron que no...

"If this place offers breakfast, why were other guests hanging out and cooking breakfast outside my window? This place has the worst breakfast I’ve seen, dollar store pastries and not much else. The refrigerator door sticks open where the yogurts are kept and they were all spoiled. What you’d expect otherwise."

"When you walked in, you could smell the dampness or the carpet. The ice machine on the second floor was dirty. The room was fine, including the beds. There was a cheap motel next-door however I was able to park on the other side of the building. The location was beautiful. There also was an issue with one of the treadmills. The breakfast was good. The attendant in the morning was nice and kind. I will stay there again for the price."

"It was nice, but could really use some modern updates to the doors and bathrooms. Our sink faucet sprayed everywhere when using it and the shower had a huge shower head but not water pressure. The side entrance door said it was locked and to use your key, but was just unlocked"
