"First of all when I arrived hotel I thought it was mistake,location is too far from center beijing, but found out it was good, actually I visited Beijing Zoo by subway , very accessible, not too far. Takes Subway line 16 ,and 7stops and transfer to line 4, and 8 srops it was great to visit Zoo...not bad at all....
And hotel was very clean and room was hot so told front desk and they brought potable Fan and Jack sent an house keeper and fixed problem in no times..
Food is great. Breakfast buffet was nice. Enjoyed so much...
Counter workers are very kind , Judy manager was very helpful handle refund issues , Jack was very nice and kind, handle some issues ( refund) very delicately...explained well....
