"Room is mostly clean, floor was not. Front office check in woman was friendly, one other i spoke to on phone was not. I was told to come get my own towels and coffee refill when i called for housekeeping. Woman was very rude. Breakfast was good and clean buffet and all staff at the buffet are friendly and helpful. We've stayed here numerous times and out of the convenience of the location we'll stay again in the future however if there were other hotels in same area i would choose somewhere else. Too bad because the place is nice and mostly clean just that one front desk staff woman has been rude e very time I've interacted with her. Tall, African American woman. Additionally the tub in our room was very slippery and no grab bars on the wall. I know is not a handicap room but that shower floor is dangerous and a slip hazard. "
