"After arriving at the location, had to call and wait 10 min. for a person to come and open it. The advertised 24/7 front desk is by phone only. The pictures advertised are from another location. They don't have a restaurant, only a location for special events. No A/C on the first floor room. Not any kind of hangers for towels or support for toilet paper. No toiletries except 2 small round soaps. No slippers available. For the price it is a total rip off."

"Beautiful surroundings. Many activities to enjoy. The food was outstanding. My wife and I both had interesting massage experiences having had hundreds of massages. Out therapists did a good job, but never have we had a therapist stay in the room with us while we undressed and dressed. They always step out of the room for privacy. That was awkward. There was also no hot water in our room for bathing. "
