"Staff was friendly However there was not 24 hr front desk we called and woke up a staff to let us in The room was not ready for us stain on bed sheet No toilet paper No towels Water did not work properly in shower Toilet did not flush properly, pipe in bathrokm was leaking. No wifi provided"

"This is a lovely place that we picked because of its proximity to Kilimanjaro Airport. We only stayed one night but I would be happy to stay longer if we were going to be in the area.
