"Staying here, right in the center of Aix en Provence was a terrific choice. The room was delightful, including wonderful air conditioning on a very hot evening. The staff was terrific, welcoming us early into the restaurant for our complimentary glass of champagne and helping us find a great food tour for the next day. Breakfast, which was included with the room rate was fantastic. I would highly recommend this great property and their delightful staff for your time in Aix en Provence!"

There did not seem to be anyone who could speak English who could help newcomers to the area locate or recommend restaurants or nearby places to visit. As a first time visitor having a concierge available would have been helpful. Je croyais que c'était un hôtel, mais ça ressemblait plus à un "motel" dans le sens que les hébergements étaient séparés autour d'une cour qui semblait abandonnée. Les grands vents avaient tout renversé le mobilier extérieur, de jardin et de piscine. La réception était fermée et il n'y avait pas de navette vers l'aéroport tel de décrit sur...

"Typical B&B hotel, basic but clean with on-site parking. Helpful staff, breakfast available but very limited local dining options. Peppino's pizzeria - run by the slightly nutty and very funny Vincent ("Van-sonn") - is a 10 minute walk / 2 minute drive away. Fine as an overnight stop but not recommended for longer stays purely due to location."

"J'avais réservé pour 3 chambre triples pour être plus confortable; il nous a été attribué seulement 1 chambre triple et 2 chambres doubles (heureusement que nous avons pu nous arranger finalement entre les couchages pour faire rentrer tout le monde...). Une des chambre double était un couloir; avec une douche sans rien pour arrêter l'eau donc inondation... La clim s'est coupée en pleine nuit donc les personnes dans la chambre ont eu froid toute la nuit."

"Le coffre ne fonctionnait pas. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur donc vous porterez vos bagages dans les escaliers. Du parking à l’hôtel vous traînerez vos bagages sur les graviers et monterez les escaliers pour arriver à la réception. Pas d’accès poussettes ni handicapés. Pas de frigo dans les chambres. Dommage!"
