"Location was perfect in Palermo is a small hotel but room are spacious. The hotel Staff from the moment we arrived did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable and at home specially the guy in the mornings ( can’t remember his name) he assisted with a list of places and when asked a question was ready to answer and even show you the way. We received our room at 9:00am even though check in was at 3:00 perfect after a 9 hour flight. Highly recommend."

"Hospedagem muito agradável. Cama grande e confortável, bons travesseiros, toalhas macias e grandes, banheiro e quarto amplos. Tinha até varanda. Funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. O único porém é a falta de aparelhos domésticos básicos, como torradeira, máquina de café, ferro de passar, fogão elétrico, etc. que alguns apart hotel possuem. Localização excelente. Muitos cafés e restaurantes nas proximidades, metrô na mesma quadra e shopping (alto Palermo) muito perto. "

"Apart hotel. Ons apartment lag op de tweede verdieping. Uitgebreide instructies ontvangen via whatsapp. Alles in het appartement is aanwezig. De schuifpui naar het balkon was stuk. Dit hebben we gelijk bij aankomst gemeld en was verder geen probleem. Ontbijt is beneden op de begane grond. Overdag is er receptie aanwezig"

No quarto, havia diversas amenidades gratuitas, como roupão, chinelo, agua, coca cola, doce, chá, café e muitos itens para higiene, inclusive gilete e escovas de dente. O pessoal do hotel foi muito simpático e prestativo o tempo todo. A localização também é ótima. O hotel tem aparência nova, o quarto é enorme e estava sempre limpo. Com certeza ficaria novamente. "

"Incrível, superou minhas expectativas, a recepcionista me ajudou muito, pois eu não encontrava minha reserva. O café da manhã foi excelente, o quarto é grande, tudo limpo, chuveiro com box, sem banheira, o que eu gosto muito, porque não gosto de tomar banho em banheiras. Ótima localização, os pontos turísticos da área central como Obelisco, Teatro Colon, Casa Rosada... podem ser feitos a pé. O custo benefício é perfeito, pois ofereceu muito mais que esperávamos. "
