"This property is the example of its name being Extended Stay. The expectation of customer service I feel is provided and definitely practiced here. Although all places can always use extra cleaning, you can tell that this place has been around and will stay around because of it’s astounding customer service it’s where people have a heart."

"Don’t let any of the poor reviews fool you. This hotel was spectacular - starting from our first interaction. The entrance and lobby moved us with tranquility. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful in more ways we could ask. We’ve never had treatment like this at any other VIP hotels. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable - bonus, they have a bidet. If we didn’t have something in our room, we requested it on the electronic pad and was at our room within minutes. Would highly recommend this hotel to others. "

"We stayed here for 4 days during our family trip and was quite surprise by the wonderful stay. First off the entire front desk staff were great! (very welcoming and accommodating). The rooms were spacious and clean, we were away from the pool area and it was quiet (which is what we needed after a long road trip). Breakfast was solid with hot and cold options (waffles, eggs, fruit etc..). There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel for a more relaxed vibe. There are 5 buildings so you sort feel as if you are on a college campus with parking all around. The location was convenient to restaurants and shops (less than 10 min). Traffic can be a bit hectic if you are traveling to downtown, but again it was a straight shot off the hwy. We will be back to this location... Kudos to all the staff from the front desk, to the custodial staff, housekeeping, and the grounds crew. "

"Nice hotel and wonderful staff. Shower floor was very dirty and our room was missing the couch (but the couch was not a deal breaker for us). Other than dirty shower floor the stay was wonderful and we would stay again. "
