"The room was big and the view was amazing. There was so much wildlife around the hotel which was super cool! It was quiet and peaceful. Staff were also nice, especially Lamar! He told us about the osprey nest live cam which I am now addicted to watching lol. Having the restaurant across the street was great and food was good! We would definitely come back!"

"The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We liked that the hotel was a walking distance from downtown which was easier for shopping and enjoy variety of restaurants without using a car as finding a parking spot was not easy. The breakfast was delicious at the Chamber's restaurant inside the hotel. The staff were nice and helpful."

"Before you book, understand a few things: - the hotel is "minimalist". You get a room with a bed, a bathroom, and that is it. -there is a social room on the 2nd floor that could use a serious clean. There is a coffee vending machine, a kettle, a poorly operating toaster- and nothing else. No washroom close by, no plates or utensils. - the location is good, but you will walk by several unhoused folks as you explore the neighbourhood. - Bed was good, shower was good. Wouldn't stay there again"

"The staff were very friendly and eager to help. The location was very good. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Waterfront also close enough to walk although we did drive as it was cold and raining during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Appreciated that it had AC but there were windows we could keep open which brought in a nice breeze during the night. The breakfast was excellent! Continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs and yogurt included. But the real bonus was that you could order from a selection of 6 or so breakfast items, i.e., a breakfast sandwich, scrambled eggs, an omelette. I believe they had a waffle selection as well. This was really nice as it meant you had a hot breakfast cooked up just for you!. Lots of parking, easy to get into. Only drawback was that there is no elevator. We were on the third floor and had to lug our luggage up and down the stairs upon arrival and departure. I have knee issues so this wasn't the best for me. My husband had to do all the lugging in this department. But, basically, I would highly recommend a stay here. You get your monies worth for sure."
