Khách sạn Merrimack

"Not as great as all the other reviews indicated. Our room was ok, but it really needed updating. All of the drawers on the dresser kept opening by themselves because they were all misaligned. Towels and tp were spare. Our room was not serviced during our stay, which was disappointing. The bed was also pretty hard. Other than that, it was quiet and the staff were very friendly."

"Room was not cleaned daily. Trash was left for two days. Room was run down. Not a place I would recommend."

"Il y avait des coquerelles, cafards dans la chambre a notre arrivé. Nous avons eu le temps de prendre quelques photos mais la majorite des cafards se sont sauvé. I think next time I might just spend the extra money."

I guess there was a need to wear shoes policy to be in the lobby which I genuinely had no idea. But when she told me about it, she said it in front of other guests which made me feel a little embarrassed. All in all I would visit again."

"Room was fairly clean, although there was an M&M under the bed that should have been vacuumed up from the previous occupant. We had an issue with the toilet tank refilling after flushing that we reported and were given an interim solution because it was well after hours for maintenance to repair. We have stayed at this hotel many times before and never had a problem. Service at the restaurant/lounge was fantastic. The minor incident wasn't enough to cause us not to return again in the...
