"I will start with the pros...check-in was easy, as it was via a code to get into the room. The bed and bedding were both very comfortable. The room itself was basic, but the decor was nice and we liked having the vanity separate from the toilet/shower area. The location was very ideal and close to Newburyport. The cons...the walls are paper thin and we we could hear basic conversations through the wall from next door. We had an ant infestation in our room, which we didn't see until we got...

"This place is horrible.Early morning lots of noise, people next door fighting. Floor above us was like someone moving in at 8am in the morning. Called the FD to make a complaint but the issue was never resolved they said no one is in the room above us which is insane. In addition to that none of the ice machines works on either floors. Tv has no internet."

"The bed has hair on the pillows and the bathroom had hair on sink. We stayed a few hours so we didn’t make a big deal about it but could have been cleaned better. "

"My son isn’t an early breakfast eater but when was he was hungry for breakfast we went down they were cleaning up for closing. We were informed about pool times closing when checking in but not breakfast time closings would have been nice to know to have made sure to be down earlier I thought it would close by 10:00am but other than that it was fine."
