"This was a really fun place to stay. The hosts were great - willing to chat or not, your choice. The room itself was large and comfy; the bathroom well-appointed. The breakfast was fantastic - so many choices, and they would cook for you or you could sit and chat with other travelers while eating the donuts, biscuits, cereal, meats, juices, etc. There is a hot tub out back, which was a real bonus. I will go back if staying in that area."

"The room was clean. It was noisy outside from the cars and the curtains didn’t block out much light."

"Room had an unusual and slightly unpleasant smell but looked clean. Outside breakfasting area was never cleaned during our stay. There was rubbish on the ground. The seat cushions looked tired and worn on the outdoor sofas. Breakfast varied from day to day so you were never sure what you’d get. Sunday’s breakfast was best with more options available. Staff were always friendly and helpful."

"It was quiet, AC worked well, breakfast was ok, tho omelets were from a package I'm pretty sure, but the pool was GREEN. My grandson was very disappointed. Fortunately, Cocoa Beach and the ocean was 12 miles away."

"Pulled in late at night after a long day of travel with my family. The scene was like a cross between The Walking Dead and Pulp Fiction (very strange people roaming around at 1AM). Tried to give benefit of the doubt, walked up to our room through dirty stair case and hallway (there is an invention called a pressure washer), opened the door to a nice stench (a pleasant aroma of cigarettes). "The room was to be less desired a Jacuzzi tub with no privacy curtains, and a bathroom the size of a closet that you could barely close the door and you would have to be a child to sit on the toilet seat, terrible decoration, riding all over the wall"

"It was really hot in the room, even after the air was turned on during the night. There was hair in my shower that wasn’t mine or any of my guests and Blood or wine stain in front of the sink in the bathroom."

"The bathroom I had in my room had an issue with mold and the ventilation for it was not great. The door also had to be forced closed. The sheets has some issues with bleach stains but I didn’t have any bug or cleanliness issues. The TV wasn’t as updated as I had hoped which is fine. "Clean, basic and affordable. No fridge, or microwave, but clean, comfortable bed (for me), and good shower (hot water, not a needle shower). As far as grounds, they were doing repairs on the building so, some noise after 9am, and some minor mess, but obviously a temporary state. Overall, nearly perfect for my needs .. a fridge would have been nice."
