Check in staff member was very unwelcoming, tried to claim that we may not be allowed into our booked room because the hotel "doesn't allow 3 adults into the same room", even though we booked the room for 3 adults and the hotel accepted our booking. 3 adults in our case were 2 parents and our child ...

Lovely quality room, clean and spacious. Bed super comfy! Nice powerful shower. Easy to park. Pub really cosy, dinner was delicious. Micro Zoo really sweet.
