"Cute place but definitely needs updates. Pictures look similar but definitely out dated photos. Bedroom window didn’t lock. We arrived at night, NO LIGHTS out front to be able to see to get in. The windows were all unlocked when we arrived. My kids suffer from allergies and this house had dirty air vents and filter, so they ended up very congested. The bathroom light is hanging from the ceiling. On a positive note the water is hot and the beds were comfortable. Won’t be rebooking!!"

"Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected...

"The kitchen appliances are new, making for a fully functional kitchen. WiFi is strong. Living room is very comfortable with an uncommonly stocked streaming TV (I found every app I wanted: YouTubeTV, YouTube, AMZN Prime, Apple TV, Netflix) The yard is uncommonly lovely. The front yard is comfortable in the grass and gardens under nice shade trees. The back patio area is enclosed. Excellent for pets. The beds may need to be considered.
