"Went to room after dinner and a cockroach was crawling across the floor went to front desk for another room Was told no rooms were available. Told them I expected a refund and went to another motel. did not spend the night at this property. Have not received a refund yet. Expected more from a wyndham property!!!"

"Upon entry, the lady at the desk was incredibly rude and acted like I was interrupting her. I had just walked in and said, I’m here to check in. I know I should lower my expectations because it’s a made over Motel 6. It’s now a Studio 6 which makes sense- I guess they have a lot of long term residents that aren’t accustomed to a certain level of hospitality. "Local coffe and yogurt/granola breakfast brought to your room. Loved being able to get a text with room number and code to get in. Very simple."
