"I loved my room it was spacious and cozy. If I required anything I just sent a text and they got it done. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I found it to be a great centeral location with trolly access just outside. Various amenities in the surrounding area."

"I was staying with my two teenage daughters they got the bed, I got the sofa bed. The room was clean tastefully decorated for two people perfect except for lack of aircon. However, for three people a studio is completely inadequate, the sofabed was the most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept on, not suitable at all. It was more like three seperate sections of thin foam."

"Self-service hotel without a lobby, you have to enter by using a provided code. Close enough to central areas, not far away from the metro station and the railroad station. Keep in mind that there are two entrances and you need to use the other one if you can't find your room."

"Listing said there were laundry facilities. This is why we booked this property. We did not have laundry facilities and were provided only directions to the nearest laundromat (4 blocks away). Most laundromats are closed on the weekend, further hampering our situation. This was a frustrating problem for us."

"입실하는 과정이 너무 어려웠다. 사전에 아무 정보를 받지 못했고 아파트에 도착해서 2시간 만에 입실이 가능했다. 지옥 같은 두 시간을 보냈다. 주차비용도 사전에 알려주지 않았고 도착해보니 너무 비싼 가격이었고 주차장의 편의성은 별로였으며 주차장을 출입하기 위하여 별도의 심카드를 구매해야했다.게다가 세탁실 비용을 별도로 받는 것도 수긍하기 힘들다."
