"Great hotel near the train station and Cannaregio. Clean and quiet room with great air conditioning. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend for a trip to Venice."

"On arrival the young male receptionist was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We booked the premium double with views out to the busy canal and although a bit noisy at times, this added to the Venice experience. Our room was serviced every day and the complimentary tea and coffee and sometimes pastries were available. The hotel is very central and in a fantastic location. Whilst all the reception staff were polite, a few were more formal (I think it’s a family run hotel but unsure). As we...

"La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable ! El departamento con el espacio perfecto y la ubicación , cerca de todo , muy contentas"

"Great central location, walking distance to St Marco church and Resturants. Minutes walk from water bus-ACTV- stop. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Downside were small room, extremely small shower with little water pressure. Old furnitures. Bad smell from window at times which I don’t think is a hotel problem. It is a Venice lagoon issue, we had AC though!"

"Beautiful property! There was a little garden area in the back that we would relax at after being exhausted on our feet, was lovely. Staff were super helpful, gave great recommendations. Only thing to be aware of is that it’s next to a school, so the school time pedestrian traffic can be quite loud. But definitely would stay here again."

"The staff in this smaller boutique hotel could not have been more helpful and courteous. They not only booked a more convenient private water shuttle back to the airport for me so I would not miss my flight, but also walked me early in the morning to the exact port that I needed to leave from. The location was right near the middle of the San Marco area where there are many restaurants, stores, and the Rialto bridge among many other interesting things to see. With many canals and potentially...

"The hotel is divided into two separate units that are a bit away from each other. The room that was given to us named (Academia) was simply amazing. The view was fantastic and the location very practical. The room although vintage was very large and amenable."

"The room smelled like raw sewage. It was disgusting. Maybe because it's Venice, IDK, but yuk!"

"They didn't help me and my Son get in We tried to call them even I got the manager contact info as we get there at the same time as their building inspectors were there. Even them had hard time to get in touch. As we could not get in had to go and book another place and they refuse to refund my money. It is so unacceptable"
