"I really liked this place, don't believe the negative reviews. Yes it's on a hill, therefore you get stunning views. If you are fit, it's no problem, especially at night it's an easy walk down to the restaurants on the main strip in Lassi. The pool area is stunning with very comfortable loungers. The water is a bit cold, but welcome on a hot day. The pool bar is very expensive compared to everywhere else. The one bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious with a comfortable bed....

"Loved this property. The owner was fabulous. Provided lots of good options for things to do on the island. The propery was lovely and very well-appointed. "Small resort hotel , great place and not crazy busy even when full. Lovely pool and good local beaches that are walkable "

"The rooms were not equipped , seriously how can you not have bottled water in the fridge when it’s 38 degree Celsius outside for your guest on arrival , tea and coffee facility was zero no coffee no tea bags .. we where on our honeymoon, we requested a double bed and got two single beds , I speak Greek and of course it was the ole I don’t care attitude and yes you have a lovely room ! NOT THE CASE … the property is dated old and the rooms need a major facelift as do does the service.."

"The Celestial All Suites in Kefalonia is nothing short of exceptional. Perched in a stunning location with breathtaking sea views, the hotel offers an atmosphere of pure luxury and tranquility. "Great Skala hotel. Nice beach area with loungers that require a fee but are serviced by hotel staff with access to a full bar and menu. Quality of drinks and food including breakfast were perfectly adequate but not the best to be found in the area. But staff, location, & ambiance were all excellent. Room was nice with a comfortable bed, subtle decor, and a lovely porch area that we left alone so the birds (house martins) could feed their babies. Great pool and bar area for relaxing."
