If you look at the sarcastic and rude replies to feedbacks, you'll get the full story. When you request a taxi, they just call their buddy who charges you twice as much."

"Wow, just wow. This hotel is a hidden gem! We had the most wonderful time, and every detail was perfect. The location is second to none, making it so easy to get around. What really made our trip, though, was the staff. They were so lovely and attentive, and their warm smiles made us feel right at home. The hotel has a fantastic, peaceful atmosphere. Our room was immaculate, and the beds and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. I can't even describe the view from our balcony—it was absolutely epic and something we'll never forget. This is definitely our new go-to spot!"
