"Staff was very helpful the room was clean"

"The staff were phenomenal. I chose a sea view room, and was blown away by not only the view, but the quality of the room overall. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and there were events to keep us entertained, as well as several food and drink options within easy walking distance - Marley's Signature was particularly noteworthy. I'll most definitely stay here again, it was a wonderful stay. A big thank you to the entire team at Novotel Lampung!"

"The property is in bad condition as a newer hotel. Need to replace all the bed linens and towels urgently (lots different stains on them). Bathroom needs upgrade. The only good thing about this property is the location. "

"Tout était parfait dommage que notre voisin de chambre s’est montré trop bruyant tôt le matin (appels téléphoniques, télévision, crachats). Nous avions une chambre qui peut communiquer avec la chambre voisine. "
