"What a delightful and peaceful space! The breakfast was delicious and I had the chance to meet some other guests. The staff were impeccably friendly and helpful. There's a skytrain station just a few minutes walk away giving quick and easy access into downtown or to the airport, with stunning mountain views along that walk. The bed was a bit too soft for me but I've found hotels generally also err on the side of softness so I can't really ding them for that."

"It would be great to have shared public areas for consumers to use. Since the owners are staying home daily, it’s not very comfortable to use the living room and kitchen. The towels are also quite smelly. It would be wonderful if the heater or air conditioning were working so that there’s fresh air circulating. "

"This property was so messy, dog hairs are there, property manager and the honour of the building was so rude to me, he don’t know how to talk to customers because I go there on 4th march. I told him to change the bedsheets and there was broken glass under the bed. My two year old son hold that and I had a pictures I show it to property manager. "Great location! Clean with a good breakfast. No control of the heat in the room which made it very warm. Would certainly recommend. "

"Pickup was cheerfully provided from and to the airport. The room was fun, the amenities were plentiful and there was breakfast to go as I had an an early departure. All in all a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts."
