"At the front desk the employee didn’t tell us which elevators to go to, so we went to the wrong elevators and were lost on some 8th floor business area. The freezer in our hotel room didn’t work, we placed a bag of ice in it and within a few hours it was a puddle of water. The door to our hotel room had a broken spring, it was so hard to open and would slam shut so hard you could loose a finger if your hand was in the door way. The phone in the room to call the front desk was dead, so I was unable to make a call to the front desk when our TV stopped working for an hour. Eventually it started working again but was frozen on the YouTube channel. Overall it doesn’t seem worth the money paid. Disappointed."

"The room was okay for a short stay and mainly good for resting/sleeping. The washroom had a slightly stuffy, damp smell, which made it feel less fresh than expected. I also noticed some dust around the bedside table area. Staff was decent overall, but the room could benefit from better cleaning and ventilation."

"The view is fantastic. You can see the Chicago river on one side, abd skyscraper on tge other side. The small items that the hotel provides, makes the stay, pleasant and homely."
