"Shower without door, every time took a shower water ran all over the bathroom floor and made it very slippery."

"Excellent location just a 5–6 minute walk to all main public transportation stops like Wien Westbahnhof. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful, especially the kitchen team and the Front Office. A comfortable stay overall with good service and easy access to the city."
