"Had an excellent time! It was my 2nd time there. Went with my husband and a bunch of friends. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Property is beautiful, staff are so great and work so hard. Loved loved loved the themed pool parties and the beautiful infinity pools. Food was fine, always something good to eat. Decent selection of alcohol! Overall great time and would go back!"

"The beach is spectacular, the rooms were clean, the staff was great… however we asked for two beds (expecting two queen or double beds) and when we got there, the two double beds were literally attached. When we spoke to the front desk, they told us that we DID get the correct type of room (there were 3 adults staying in the room so it was a bit uncomfortable and inconvenient) Be expected to wait for the elevators.. but the view of the ocean from the balcony is second to none! Lots of places to eat within the resort. All in all, we were pleased!"

"Rooms and amenities were clean and well kept. Pools were ok. You need to choose one that better suits you. They have a calm adult swim up pool bar or a loud rowdy swim up bar. The specialty restaurants need to switch up the menus. Everyday same menu like the buffet menu. View from our room was very nice looking at ocean and ships coming and going. Entertainment at RIU Palace could improve, Not the greatest. Will probably give it another go to see if anything has changed."
