Hotel Catedral
"The hotel was very nice and clean, but our experience was very poor. There was a citywide protest occurring with thousands of teachers living in tents lining all of the streets and blocking all of the roadways. There is absolutely no access to the hotel by car presently. Expect to walk 10 to 30 minutes ..."
