Great location, and nice facility. The area is very centrally located, No complaints from me, The walls against the other rooms are thin, and you can sometimes hear the guest on the other room, but I guess it’s normal, it didn’t bother me much.

- super friendly staff - Amazing food and drinks - If you want a quite room: Chose a room facing Priv. Antonia Maceo (no car noise) and 4th floor or up (othereise noise from gym below) - Good and fast transfer possibilities - Feels very safe at the hotel - close by there are many shops and restaurants

To be fair, we had 2 rooms one was ok, the other one was not, it smelled really bad sewage like, after I complained the hotel did stuff to try to mitigate the smell but it took a few hours to try to get it out and during that time we had to keep the door open, they could not switch us to another room because they were full. Staff should had handled the smell issue before giving us the room, it shows they did not care, I have stayed at other HS hottson hotels in Leon and Queretaro and those are not only very nice properties but also very clean. Staff is ok, food is ok. I would skip this hotel unless you get a really good deal. Never coming back to this one.

The room is very comfortable equipped with a medium size fridge/Frezzer, dishwasher, sink, small electric cooktop, safe, iron and a HUGE 60"TV although not smart tv but you can cast your phone to it. Bed is super comfortable. The bad thing is its location although close to a metro station the area is not the best. I wasn't bothered by any noise.

I like that the room was spacious and came with items required for basic cooking. The air conditioning worked well, and the free water bottles were a nice touch. The only downfall was that the street noise was pretty bad at times (even with earplugs). I also found the restaurant prices very steep. There were a few restaurants around the area that were good alternatives though. The front desk staff were very friendly and the concierge was alert at all times.

Incredible comfortable hotel

Second time staying in this hotel. Rooms are very big, clean and comfortable. Everything feels new. Reception people are super nice and welcoming. Room was quiet for being next to a busy avenue. This is a great hotel if staying for business, long stay, or just hang out in room to relax. I was on a 6 floor so I had a nice view. Its like an apartment, full kitchen and amenities. The only cons is not very convenient to public transportation, not in a touristy area. But fine if you uber straight from here. There is a soriana supermarket and sanborns 6 minute walk away and a pharmacy next door 5 seconds walk.

Overall, I would like to give it four and a half stars. The half star is because the sound insulation is not good. On the first night, our room was on the side close to the main traffic line. The roar of motorcycles and heavy truck engines all night made it impossible to fall asleep. The next morning, I asked the front desk customer service to change the room to the other side, which was quieter. I am satisfied with other aspects of the hotel. The room is spacious, the bedding is clean, and the kitchen facilities and washing machine are very convenient for people who travel for a long time.

Check in was a pain, they gave a room the card did not work and changed a card for another room which did not work and third time I went back they said they made a mistake of assigning wrong room and they gave third key and different room. It was pain of going up and down with languages three times. Room A/C was not cooling , room was very noisy.
