Excelente, la última vez que estuve ahí fue en septiembre 2019, y dejaba algo que desear, pero la verdad en 2021 mejoró para bien, la limpieza excelente, totalmente recomendable, en relación costo-beneficio, más que excelente. ADICIONAL: En las inmediaciones también mejoraron, esta todo iluminado, tanto la calle 2 de abril y Santa Veracruz. Afuera del hotel está el restaurante Los Cactus, excelente la comida, el servicio y muy económico, hay un ciber, miscelánea, bien comunicado, etc.

No respetan precio de Hoteles.com

Las recepcionistas del hotel nunca "tienen sistema" para justificar aumentar el costo por noche de la habitación. No respetan el precio estipulado en hoteles.com. Así que si desean reservar aumente por lo menos $100 por cada noche.

Como un hotel, sirve para lo que uno requiere bañarse con agua caliente y dormir, un lugar agradable, que esta en un un punto de la ciudad muy estratégico, de donde puede uno caminar a la alameda ver el palacio de las bellas artes y trasladarse en metro o metrobus

Staff during check-in were very rude, refused my booking online via Expedia and forced me to pay a higher rate in cash. Did not attempt to assist me with filling out the forms etc. And brushed me away when another customer arrived. The room was a good size however it smelled really bad. The carpet was old and had an odor. The water pressure in the shower was the best I've seen in CDMX, but that's probably the only positive thing about this hotel. The location was great too. But I would not book this place again. There are much better places to stay only 15 minutes walk from here.

Jamás en mi vida volvería a ese lugar! Mal servicio no tiene aire acondicionado me cobraron extra yo no me quede Ai solo x un día no me dieron mi dinero muy feo hotel mal servicio cobraron a mi tarjeta cuando no me quede Ai Xk no tenía aire acondicionado me dieron otro cuarto el aire no servia no dormí en toda la noche el siguiente día les dije k me iba Xk no pude dormir! Que me regresaran mi dinero y me dijieron que era mi problema que ya avía pagado un día extra k no me regresarían mi dinero! Con una mala expresión! De verdad muy mala experiencia ni kiero saber de ese hotel jamás!

Buen lugar

Lo utilizamos solo para dormir ,x q la mayor parte del tiempo la pasamos fuera . Tiene buena ubicación ,la entra del hotel bien iluminada ,pero siempre pediamos uber para trasladó
