    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient and close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

    A bit of a mixed bag. The good: Great location very close to the Zocalo, safe neighborhood, close to essential stores (e.g., 7-11, Oxxo), price, shower, restaurant on-site with good food. The not-so-good: tiny room, zero view, uncomfortable bed. I would potentially stay there again for a night or two, but not longer. I'd probably spend a bit extra for a better place, actually.

    The room was extremely clean, and the staff is wonderful! Particularly the housekeeping staff. The only issue that I have is that the pillows need to be completely replaced because they're old and flat and very outdated and need to be thrown away. Especially for health reasons. The other issue that I have is that there was no refrigerator in the room available and no microwave available on the premises either. A small refrigerator would've been very very helpful! We could've brought food back from our restaurant and eat it later but we couldn't do that. Other than that, it was a very pleasurable stay and the neighborhood is safe and clean. I recommend the restaurant that is attached to the hotel called Maple. Also on the corner there is a wonderful taco restaurant that is on the second floor called Central taco. So amazing!

    It’s acceptable. I stayed alone in a one-bed room. It was small but neat and clean. Also, it was quiet, so that was a plus. If you’re not planning to stay in the room, then you’re ok here.

    All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Victoria was very nice. The room was clean and well mantained. The restaurant staff was also very attentive. I traveled with my daughter and we always felt safe here. They hold your luggage for free if your flight arrives early or leaves late. Would definitely stay here again.

    Close to downtown

    The hotel is nice. But the rings are extremely small. Bed inches away from the door. Which serves as no privacy. Can hear everything. Which made hard to sleep. Also the bathroom has a step which we almost fell everytime. Very clean, high standards. But not for families. Name individual or couple.
