Overall stay was good except a few hiccups. Room service was the best. The staff were friendly except one at the front desk. Room amenities were good though it took days to repair a loud exhaust fan. Had to experience nightmare water logging at the hotel entrance during rainy days.

Todo excelente. Las camas grandes son muy cómodas y enormes. La regadera en el baño, tiene buenísima presión y agua muy caliente. Los cuartos son amplios y el desayuno es muy rico y ofrece variedad. También use el gym en mi estadía. Todo muy bien en el hotel

La atencion fue muy buena, sin embargo, hicimos reserva para 3 pero cuando ingresamos a la habitación solo había toallas para 2. Los alrededores son muchos puestos que cierran temprano si se siente inseguro salir caminando de noche. El elevador estuvo constantemente descompuesto y tuve que subir sola mi maleta 3 pisos, nadie se ofreció a ayudarme a subir la maleta en recepción, las sabanas algo desgastadas. La ubicación excelente para moverte caminando al centro y el desayuno también muy bueno, si volvería.

Muito bom

Hotel muito bom e bonito. Oferece sem custo água e café que tem disponível no hall do hotel. Funcionários hospitaleiros, teve um dia que não estava muito bem e meu marido pediu se daria para fazer um sopa e eles prontamente fizeram. A localização é excelente, permitindo você fazer tudo a pé e metrô. Gostamos bastante e recomendamos.
