The room was very nice, featuring a big, comfortable bed. Housekeeping visited at least twice a day, which allowed us to keep the room spotlessly tidy all day long. The rooftop is great, with beautiful views.

This hotel was located perfectly in Roma Norte. Very walkable area with tons of options for food and exploring. We loved the hotel room we stayed in—super clean and modern. We almost forgot about the rooftop, but it was beautiful up there for an early morning breakfast with such pleasant service.

Great neighborhood with good bars and restaurants. Staff was amazing. Pablo helped us so much throughout our stay. I wish they can add more beds for the family stay. I would recommend this place 10/10.

We stayed on the ground floor at the back of the hotel, and it was perfect, quiet and comfortable with a private courtyard. The location is amazing, within walking distance to everything in Roma Norte and Condesa. The hotel also offers rooftop access with drinks, which is a great spot to unwind. The room was clean, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. I’d recommend avoiding the rooms located directly above or beneath the restaurant, as they can be a bit noisy at night. Overall, highly recommended

This is a new and lovely hotel. The staff was very professional and kind. This area of Roma Norte is filled with shops and dining. The only thing to note is that this is an open air style hotel and the street noise can come through. We carry a noise maker for sleep and had no issues.

The property is really nice. The design of the room is one of the best I’ve had. The roof top is a great bonus. The water pressure in the shower should be improved . This is the only thing to be fixed.

The room was very clean and the staff were so kind and helpful! I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it to others. I’ll absolutely be staying here when I return. My only critique is the free continental breakfast. Only coffee/tea, a small pastry and oatmeal is included. There are other options available at a fee. I don’t eat oatmeal so I ordered a yogurt and granola bowl but with such minimal options the free continental breakfast feels misleading and a bit underwhelming. But there is so much incredible food around so that’s only a small flaw. You can’t beat the service!

This brand new hotel is in the center of Roma Norte, easily walkable to popular cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. The hotel room itself is beautiful, the room is spacious with all kitchenware needed, the bed is super comfortable and AC works perfectly (most airbnbs have no AC). I would stay here again.

Our room was beautiful and spacious and access to the room was quick and convenient. There was a small issue in the bathroom but it was fixed immediately. The room was serviced every day and we had clean white towels every time. We also received great suggestions for restaurants and tours. We actually booked one of the tours and it was great. The service at this hotel is exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Onto! We absolutely loved our stay at Onto! From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. A special shoutout to Louis, who truly made our stay exceptional. He gave us fantastic recommendations - example to our favorite taqueria which wasn't even on our list to visit! Louis was so patient even when I asked the same questions a few times, and provided excellent service throughout. We were mostly in touch with him during his shift, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff were also warm, welcoming, and attentive — you can really tell customer care is a priority here. Our room was one of the best I’ve stayed in: beautifully clean, modern, with so much storage and counter space — something I’ve never had enough of in other hotels! Everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful experience these past few days in CDMX

Absolutely fantastic place to stay at. The front desk team was very helpful (Isaac and Pablo and the other front desk guy). They helped us with making reservations for experiences in the city and gave us good recommendations. The hotel was very clean, smelled great, is nicely designed and our room, which was on the bottom floor, had a nice big comfortable layout. It rained this whole past week so we didn't get to spend time in our patio but loved looking at it. The place was very peaceful. The location is great and we found it to be very safe and conveniently located. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely stay again. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable and had a very generous amount of storage. We also really looked forward to the fresh pastries and coffee each morning on the rooftop.
