All in all a good stay. The room was not freshly renovated but overall the condition of the room was ok, the bed was good, we got a good night's sleep. Fiesta Americana Reforma
Terrible hotel. Small room, shower didn’t work, toilet overflowed, bed was uncomfortable, adjacent showers and toilets were heard all night.

El servicio de estacionamiento y de valet parking es pésimo con tiempos de espera prolongados y gente poco amable. El resto del hotel es bueno, siempre y cuando no tengas que usar el parking!
