The room was lovely and spotlessly clean and the staff were all very friendly. I think my mistake was to go there off season in November. There were very few people staying there and usually only half a dozen in the restaurant in the evening. It obviously wasn't worth the hotel putting out any kind of a buffet with choices. I can understand that - but it meant that the choice offered by the waiter was very limited and to be honest, not of a particularly good quality. I was surprised that I couldn't even get a cafe latte and a piece of cake in the beach bar in the afternoon. There was no milk and 'no food for an hour' I was told.
