"Due to flight delays, we arrived at 5:00 am on 05/13. We notified the hotel twice in advance of when we were arriving. 05/12 was paid for so we could get in our room upon arrival. We ran the door bell several times and waited for 5+ minutes outside only to gain access because others were leaving. "I love this hotel so much. You arrive at MIA , take the 150 bus which drops you off right outside the hotel . And the same returning to MIA , so easy ! The hotel has a laid back vibe, the pool is beautiful and the perfect warm temperature. I love the rooms and everyone is friendly "
