"The indoor pool was shockingly cold and the hot tub was so over chlorinated that it bleached the color out of my swim suit. The beds were supposed to be doubles but they were so small only one person could be comfortable in each bed. The bed frames stuck out several inches on either side of the mattresses because they were probably full or queen size frames but the mattresses were so small they didn't fit in the frames. It made hard to get in and out of bed, especially for the elderly people in our group. One of our bathroom sinks (we had 2 adjoining rooms) didn't drain properly and both showers had crusty shower heads that sprayed in all directions with low water pressure. The hotel lobby and hallways were not air conditioned so it was unbearably hot to move around the facility. There was chewed gum stuck to the floor under one of our beds and dust in many nooks and crannies around the room and on furniture. There was only one towel in each bathroom when we checked in, even though each room is said to sleep 4 people (I'm laughing at that because of the freakishly small beds!). There was only one working elevator that was very far away from our rooms, which again was hard for the elderly people in our group, especially since the hallways were so hot and humid. It was the only working ice machine we found was on a different floor from our rooms. It seems the whole hotel is under rennovation, and it could be a great place when they're done but right now, not a great experience."
