"Terrible experience first off it’s not a hotel. It’s a house with multiple rooms, there was a roach in my room. No towels. No soap. There were bums coming in and out , knocking on someone’s else’s door for god knows what & i was in room number 5 ; there’s a gap in the wall due to them remodeling the house i’m assuming &. i was able to hear every single thing , no sleep !! TERRIBLE!!"

"Convenient location in the Wynwood arts district to the Rubell Museum where an event I was attending was held. I wish I had more opportunity to explore the area but there appeared to be decent nightlife and restaurants."

"Booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for a long weekend. Very spacious and fully equipped with everything you’d expect from a short-term rental. It’s located right in the heart of Wynwood, with plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. If you’re sensitive to noise, this might not be the best fit, as the property sits along the flight path for MIA’s runway. The surrounding streets can also be lively, given the central location. It didn’t bother me personally, but it could be an issue for some guests. At the time of booking, the pricing was very reasonable compared to similar options closer to Downtown or South Beach. I’d definitely stay here again"

"My room was not ready upon check in. Had to wait over an hour but a large party of 20+ had room keys waiting for them as they walked in, no wait for that group. “Strange” as I booked my room months in advance along with the group I attended with. Check-out was also awful. I checked out early on 4/11 with a front desk associate. Days later my credit card was charged for 4/12 and noted a late check out of 2 pm. Again, “strange” as I wasn’t in the state of Florida and have my Delta flight receipt. I’ve called and emailed in attempt to resolve this manner but only get the auto generated responses of we’re looking into it. In a city like Miami where there’s endless hotels to select from, don’t stay at the Arlo."
