"Good value and location for a one night stay. Hotel did not respond to my message asking about early check-in. Check in clerk talked continually on the phone while we were checking in, she seemed quite preoccupied. Room was fine, bathroom could have used a shelf for toiletries and blow dryer. Check out was good, gentlemen was friendly. "

"Hotel was located right off of I-95. In the heart of downtown Miami, just shy of Brickell. Conveniently located. Unfortunately it wasn’t my first choice. It was conveniently priced compared to other hotels in the area for the time I needed to travel. Weekends they are extremely busy and the motor lobby/valet parking is shortstaffed so you need patience. The room you rent has very minimal amenities and you do hear your neighbors next-door and the noise outside of your room outside of the building. If you’re coming for somewhere just to lay your head it’s okay. "

"The best part about this hotel is its location near a wide range of cafes and restaurants, including an excellent Italian called Salumeria. The hotel itself is distinctly “meh”. The standard of maintenance is poor - my room was quite shabby. Also, it’s a residence, not a full-service hotel. I won’t be back."
