I am very sorry, but you people are thieves! By mistake, I booked a room at 3:00 AM. When I arrived at that hour—having already made the reservation—they told me that the hotel was full (something that we ALL KNOW IS ALWAYS A LIE; they simply don't want to give you your room at that time of night). ...
