"Easy….quick….a little noisy."

"Food - very subpar Pool - dated pool area. unfortunately 2 people decided to smoke marijuana at the pool area causing me to have to take my children out of the pool. so that was pretty trashy Staff - a few very helpful employees and one who appeared as though they couldnt be bothered Room - clean, yet very dated. Will not stay at this property again."

"The hotel and staff were very good, and the location was perfect. However, we asked to get the sheets changed and were told no. There is only housekeeping every other day. We were then promised new sheets, which never arrived after we asked three times. We visited the pool area, which is very nice, but at noon time, there were no towels. Asked when the towels would be available and was told between 3.30 and 4 PM. I wonder what the $118 resort fee is for. It is definitely not Towles. As part of the discussion, we were told to go get our towels from the room; we did and asked for new ones for the room. Again asked 3 times, and no towels came. "

"Great staff, great amenities, very accommodating with access to hotel before and after checkout. Rooftop is nice but smaller than expected, music extremely loud for the small space and some of the cushions had a weird smell and were dirty. "

"Beautiful hotel! We did a last minute mother-daughter long weekend and it was perfect. Pool is busy but so pretty and plenty of space to swim around. Beach was well staffed and so easy to access. I loved the beach trail that goes all the way to south beach-great for morning walk!"
