Mondrian South Beach
Outdated, unkept, dirty. Staff was a hit or miss. Carlos was great, everyone else at the front desk was lazy and unprofessional. Restaurant is lovely and the staff was all great. Many other places to stay in SoBe, this one is not worth it.

The valet is a true nightmare. Fighting for pool chairs insane, over half an hour to speak to front desk absolutely crazy. Never have I ever been in a resort this crazy full and understaffed
