"Basic 2-star hotel, well located in a sweet spot between train / bus stations and city centre. Pros: modern hotel, fairly spacious room, good breakfast, underground parking (for a fee) Cons: noisy a/c, one towel per person only, bathroom smelled of smoke (although hotel is non-smoking) Good price, no luxury but you get a good deal for the price"

"Fantastic hotel. Very modern and clean, located right on Mariacka Street which on one hand is ideal location wise but on the other, if you have a room on the street side then the noise will be a nightmare. Fortunately the wonderful staff on reception were happy to move me rooms to the back of the hotel when it became clear I'd get no sleep. Would recommend"

"I typically choose this hotel for business because of its fantastic location next to the main tram stops, making my commute to the office effortless. Unfortunately, the trams were out of service during this visit, requiring a bit of extra walking. That aside, the rooms feel fresh, and the hotel remains exceptionally clean with excellent amenities. My only real complaint this time was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains in Room 1008 every night. I gave this hotel a 5-star review last time, but due to the odor, I’m rating it a 4. Otherwise, it's a highly recommended stay for both business and leisure travelers wanting to be just a short, walkable distance from the city center."
