"The air condition was almost dangling from the wall. The toilet was clogged, half was converted to shared apartment to bring in profit to management, bedspread wasnt changed in 4 days, a lot of fighting in the complex, folks smoke weed everywhere. And yet they have the audacity to charged full rate as other hotels."

"No coffee maker; older property; small room; relatively clean; run down area. Description was misleading but it was the most economical property we could find. Should not have booked with the no cancellation clause - we would have cancelled on arrival. The one thing that was positive was the location ended up being convenient for our sightseeing in DC, Alexandria, and Mt Vernon."

"I was there for 5 day and My room never got cleaned.. Had to ask for towels and then to clean my room but they never did.. stayed they were short staff but nothing was corrected.. Their pool was closed :( It should of been made known before booking.. Breakfast was a 1 out of 10"

"The photos showed a loveseat in the room, there was only a chair. Breakfast on the Hotels App states until 11:00am, and I was super excited about this. It is only until 10:00am, good thing We went down early. Also, the photos online, show bacon and oatmeal for breakfast, two of my morning regulars, there was neither. Both toasters ended up not working. We ended up going out to eat breakfast. "
