"Overall it is nice. The breakfast at Ola’s was quite good if you order fresh and don’t get the buffet. There is a lot for kids to do. Rooms were clean. But I have a few minor annoyances. The room key is a wristband that is also your entrance for the waterpark. But you have to press it right on the sensor which is behind the door handle to get into your room, so you end up contorting your hand in awkward ways. Which is hard when carrying things and a baby. The sensor and handle should be separate. The restaurant at the waterpark gave us the wrong buzzer for our order. So we were waiting at the table right outside for about 45 minutes then went into ask, which is when they asked to see my card again to confirm their mistake. It is a small error but I had to go back to my locker to get out my card to show them, then go back again to put it back, yet they barely acknowledged it was their mistake then handed us food that had been sitting out for who knows how long. They also charge $10 a night for a crib. Which isn’t a lot of money relative to the room charge, so it is not a big deal. But I have never been anywhere else that has a crib fee, Just seemed odd to me. Overall it is nice and I will definitely return for a weekend get away with my family from time to time. But those were some of the minor annoyances you can expect."
