"Clean room"

"Lovely hotel, excellent service and all staff so friendly and helpful. My husband uses a wheelchair and the hotel was generally pretty wheelchair friendly. No accessible rooms as such with grab rails etc. However, after speaking to a very helpful person at reception before booking, we booked a room with level access. It's a shame there's a huge step up to the shower, so my husband struggled with that. These rooms could be made accessible relatively easily if wanted. If that was done, we'd be happy to return as everything else was fantastic!"
