"Clean room"

"Lovely hotel, excellent service and all staff so friendly and helpful. My husband uses a wheelchair and the hotel was generally pretty wheelchair friendly. No accessible rooms as such with grab rails etc. However, after speaking to a very helpful person at reception before booking, we booked a room with level access. It's a shame there's a huge step up to the shower, so my husband struggled with that. These rooms could be made accessible relatively easily if wanted. If that was done, we'd be happy to return as everything else was fantastic!"

"I have stayed here before but always had a room overlooking the car park. This time I was on the other side and unfortunately the constant road noise did not make for a good nights sleep. The telly was also not working in the room but by the time I noticed I was already ready for bed so left it until the morning to let staff know."
