"The apartment was clean and tidy and comfortable. The outside area is scruffy and overgrown, bit of an eyesore. Annoying the tv wouldn't load any terrestrial channels, so unless you have Netflix or Prime, you've nothing to watch in the evenings. Because there's no reception, the process of finding out how you get into the place is a bit protracted. "We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed. "It's conveniently located with plenty of affordable dining options and markets nearby. It's a nice 30-minute stroll to the city center or to the Thames River. The 2 bedroom place itself was nicely remodeled. The city could do a better job maintaining the sidewalks."

"We stayed for 2 nights in the ground floor garden apartment. Accomdation very spotless and had all we need to make our stay extremely comfortable. Really happy with the quality of bedding and towels, plus nice touch to have milk and water in fridge and small bottles of shower gel shampoo and body cream in the bathnroom. "Very well laid out property with plenty of room for the whole family as well as a spacious walk in wardrobe, study/work area, a lovely ensuite room as well as a family bathroom and extremely comfortable beds. The complimentary contents in the fridge and on the kitchen top also went down well. Highly recommended."
