"There was supposed to be a 32" TV. The TV that was there was tiny plus it only has 4 channels. It was raining and there was nothing to do, not even watch tv. The front desk person didn't seem to care about the TV. Dreary room.... Tired and old. The beds were terrible!"

"The location was good for the ferry and the price reasonable booked because it said there was a restaurant on the premises,there isn't. Had to go down the road,this restaurant closes Monday and Tuesday so canceled for the return journey which is a Tuesday the room had no amenities,there were two of us and only one bottle of water no face tissues,nothing to drink out of. No coffee maker"

"Our frustration was an underwhelming breakfast buffet, no ala carte offered. The dining room was closed the night we checked in at 4...not open at all neither was the bar. Because they had an on site hotel was one of the reasons we chose it. They do have bus groups come on perhaps its just simpler for them that way. We found great restaurants in town as well as the Inverrary resort. The staff were super nice. Our room very clean."

"My partner and I had a wonderful stay in Cabin 11 high above the distillery. We spent two nights there and enjoyed two very pleasant evenings in the pub with excellent live entertainment from 8 to 10 pm. A complimentary shuttle bus between the cabin and the pub ensured we were free to enjoy ourselves without need or concern for driving up the steep climb back to our cabin in our own vehicle.
