"Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ (Good/Average) Our recent stay in here was a generally positive experience, though there were a few minor oversights regarding room amenities that held it back from being exceptional. The Highlights The hotel serves as a solid base for exploring the city. The general atmosphere and service were fine, and we found the overall accommodations to be comfortable enough for a standard city stay. Room Amenities While the room was clean, we did notice a lack of a few basic essentials that are typically standard: • Waste Management: There were no trash bags provided in the bins, which made keeping the space tidy a bit less convenient. • Toiletries: There was no shower cap included in the bathroom amenities. Facilities & Maintenance The most significant issue occurred during my morning routine. Halfway through my shower, the hot water completely cut out. Dealing with a cold shower in the middle of a New York trip was a major inconvenience and a disappointment for a hotel in this category. Final Verdict If you are looking for a reliable, "no-frills" spot that covers the basics, this hotel is a decent choice. It is an okay stay for a short trip, provided you don't mind calling down to the front desk for those small missing items."
