"Well the room wasn’t very clean. Looked like mold in the tub and ceiling in the bathroom. The air conditioner wasn’t cooling off even on high. I think the front desk person is over worked he was sleeping at one point. The breakfast was the best and very good. Everyone was very nice tho."

"This was a very pleasant stay. Parking was a little difficult as there really isn’t a parking lot for the hotel. I parked in the church parking lot across the street. The rooms do not have individual thermostats and I feel like the AC was on all night which was very cold. Even with double blankets and the space heater going, the AC blows straight on the bed. It does take the hot water about 5 min to reach its full potential, but once it does it feels great! I really didn’t interact with staff...

"My first handicapped assigned room 210 was a disaster. Electric outlets and USB ports did not work. This caused difficulties in running oxygen equipment and charging other electronics. Restroom had a bathtub. Yes there was a bench but not convenient for reaching shower head. Once moved to handicapped room 119, I had a much better stay. 119 was spacious, included a couch. Roll in shower with portable shower chair. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking lot accessibility is concerning."

When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). "I felt the facility was somewhat dirty. The carpets haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. When I got out bed, I put my flip flops to walk about the room because of the dirty carpet. Some updating is needed along with new carpet."

"The pool looks like it has never been cleaned. The door key would malfunction every other time it was used. Room was clean. Staff could be friendlier."

"All though we did not use, the property has a restaurant and bar. Parking was plentiful, elevators to upper floors and clean well equipped rooms. The receptionist could have been more helpful however she was not rude, just didn't give any information without being asked. We did not have breakfast but read it would be surcharged and I prefer hotels that provide breakfast included in the price all though many are becoming pretty inadequate."
