"The air conditioning in our room was not functioning during three nights of our stay. It was sweltering. The staff was able to move us to a different room on our final night, however, there were 2 days of no sleep due to the heat."

"The location was great, easily access to everything. We quickly found a short cut through the mall to princess street. The apartment was also nice and quiet. It was mostly clean but there was some grit or dirt on the floor as I could hear it rubbing on my case. We expected a sofa as the pictures on the website had a picture of the executive suite with a sofa but apparently that’s only for those with a balcony! "Our family of 3 stayed in the apartment room. It was a great space with 2 bedrooms. We also loved that there was a washer & dryer for us to use. The decor was very nice.
Parking was very limited and we had to pay for a space using the JustPark app. We also paid extra for breakfast and it was good but simple. Coffee, juice, yogurt, croissant, & porridge.
It’s located in new town and was easy to walk to other areas."
