"Beside the matrass wonderful experience "

"1. Bathroom faucet loose. 2. No tissues 3. Hassek unsteady (missing wheel) caused wife to fall off on to floor (no injury hopefully). 4. No litter pail liners. 5. Extremely dusty floor under bed with food. (Disgusting). 6. Furniture (bath vanity, Desk top all blistered). 7. TV old. Difficult to operate (remote). "

"The room was cleaned but the heat went out in our room and instead of them moving us to another room they brought us a space heater. My husband takes blood thinners so we were very uncomfortable and freezing. On check out the manager was not aware of the heat going out and she did take care of us and that was very nice of her"

"Overall we had a wonderful stay. The location excellent. Lovely part of town and safe. Initial impression is the hotel is dated and lobby dark. It would benefit from a refurbishment. However It is clean and the rooms are spacious and bright. The rooms aren't perfect, there are a few cracks on the walls but it is clean, spacious and bright. Actually the rooms are nice. Comfortable bed and good quality linen. Starbucks complimentary coffee maker in room. Wow! Lacking in wardrobe space but we made it work. There was an iron and hairdryer which was great. The food court is nice to have access to and beyond that is the excellent Colony square with restaurants and other activities being held. There was a huge yoga session being held in the square. We discovered a healthy and tasty take out option called The brown bag. The shrimp dinner plate was delicious, as was the shrimp and salmon combo. One comment in general- We found the food tasty in the varierity of restaurants we visited from Steamhouse to STK but all were heavy on salt. Atlanta restaurants need to hold back on the salt! It's so unhealthy. I prefer to add salt if required. You can't remove salt once added so please bear this in mind. Btw- Steamhouse restaurant was a welcome find. Snapper and fried grits were delicious. I actually don't usually like grits."
